Core

Several known Provolution sympathesizers have been confirmed to be gathering in Perth, Australia (Earth/Sol). All IMS units are to upgrade to Ready Level II. All sightings of "Snowflake" are to be reported at once to ISS.

French Arm

Entrex, a Berkut-class destroyer operating in the French Arm as part of the WatchDog service in an undisclosed system has reported the presence of a new Kafer capital ship class, based on sensor readings taken during a sixteen hour pursuit by the Kafer vessel to the stutterwarp gradient.

Chinese Arm

Piracy levels have increased on the Latin Finger following the seizure and subsequent scuttling of two civilian merchants by the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel. SAM-N is investigating these latest attacks.

American Arm

Australian Customs and Excise cutters in Botany Bay (DM +33 2277) reported the seizure of a large quantity of zero-g small arms and equipment from a Russian merchant vessel.

25 January

Core

All units attached to Earth (Sol) Orbital Quarantine Command (OQC) are advised that operational readiness levels have been increased following the attempt of the civilian-registred vessel Dark Voyager to drop dead gliders onto the planet in violation of OQC protocols for decontamination. The Dark Voyager was hailed by the IMS vessel Berkut in a routine OQC boarding & search. The vessel failed to come to an all stop and released several dead gliders before attempting to escape. The vessel was subsequently neutralized by the Berkut under the terms of OQC mandate. The nature of the dead glider cargo has not been released and all dead gliders were destroyed by fighters from the IMS SF 1st Interceptor Wing, attached to OQC.

French Arm

Subsequent analysis of data gathered by the Entrex on the new Kafer ship indicates that it is in the 8,000 ton range with an estimated warp efficiency of 3.5. Reports of armament have not yet been released.

Chinese Arm

All Foxx Industries personnel are advised of the following travel alert issued for the colony world of Dukou (Epsilon Eridani). "All personnel are banned from making planetfall until further notice."

American Arm

The ASF and RASN are conducting joint exercises in system. All craft are instructed to remain outside the operational zone for the next 20 days. Coordinates of the exclusion zone are attached.

01 February

Core

The 125 Bn of 105 Inf Regt (Alpha Centauri), currently on contract to the Australian government to provide peace-keeping forces along Duffer's Strip on the border between Amaterasu and New Canberra (Tirane/Alpha Centauri) has engaged in several small skirmishes with independent groups originating from Amaterasu. There have been no fatalities yet but several individuals have been arrested under the Dufer's Strip Charter. The 846 Coy of 16R Recon Bn is scheduled for deployment to the area in the coming days, and surveillance efforts will be intensified upon their arrival. This will include orbital support in the form of low-orbit surveillance satellite coverage.

Chinese Arm

A second series of pirate attacks have been reported at Montana (Omnicron2 Eridani). The Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel has claimed responsibility. The Regina and Angela Floon, Q-ships, are being diverted to the region to protect Foxx Industries merchant shipping.

American Arm

Decontamination procedures are currently being revised for agriculture products shipped from Ellis (AC +48 1595-89). All protective equipment must be inspected to ensure that it meets ISO-344A standards for biological agents.

08 February

Core

The Industrial Espionage Section of ISS has issued a blanket advisory to all personnel using the ECREM security protocol on the global data net. The current version, 17.6.A, has been penetrated by a wyrm cyber-attack program, and is not considered secure for data classed beyond Level IA. All nodes are being upgraded to version 17.6.B to prevent further incursions.

All Foxx Industries personnel are to carry their corporate passports and visas at all times during this period of renewed conflict. Failure to produce this documentation may result in mandatory service in the military of your birth nation. Contact your nearest branch office for additional details.

Chinese Arm

Manchurian officials have reported the destruction of a vessel that they claim belongs to the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel. SAM-N has not yet confirmed this information.

American Arm

All IMS units are upgraded to ready Level II in preparation for a dignitary Level V visit. The current itinery is attached.

15 February

Core

Several anti-corporation demonstrations have occurred on the North American continent of Earth (Sol). While none have been specifically directed at the Foxx Industries group of companies, anti-corp sentiment is very high. All facility security forces are to remain on high alert until the situation has been diffused.

French Arm

All Foxx Industries vessel captains are reminded to upload the latest IFF codes prior to leaving port. Numerous non-inhabited systems have been sowed with Sentinel stations which will attack if an unknown or no IFF code is transmitted.

Chinese Arm

SAM-N have confirmed that the Shenyang-class freighter destroyed by Manchurian vessels was used as a 'carry' vessel by the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel. Several 'catch' vessels are still being sought and the SAM-N piracy warning level remains high in the Latin Finger.

American Arm

All personal on customs duties in the Arm are advised to be on the look-out for a shipment of DNAMs (DNA Modifiers) stolen from a government medical facility on King (DM+2 3312). Provolution is suspected in the theft.

22 February

Core

Satellite imagery over Indonesia has detected an unknown staging base and landing strip for interface capable craft in the interior of the island of Borneo.

French Arm

Further analysis of the data accumulated by the Entrex suggests that several Kafer vessels may be operating as merchant raiders throughout the Arm. Identified as the Gamma-class, details on these vessels are very limited.

Chinese Arm

Several stutterwarp traces in the Tau Ceti system indicate travel to the Quigyuan system. As this is an uninhabited system, it is suspected that the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel may have a base of operations in this area. Assests are being shifted to verify this.

American Arm

All craft are notifed that sentinel launchers have been deployed around the orbital construction facilities at Botany Bay (DM +33 2277). Current IFF codes are required for safe passage.

01 March

Core

A surgical strike by units of IMS has neutralized a staging base and landing strip in the interior of the island of Borneo that is now known to have been used by the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel. Several key leaders of the base and the cartel were captured or killed. A single interface-cable craft escaped to orbit; its present whereabouts is unknown.

French Arm

SAM-N has issued a priority watch in the Arm for a vessel operated by the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel. It is suspected that the craft is on its way to Joi to claim asylum in the country of Elysia.

Chinese Arm

Initial investigation of the Quigyuan system has not yielded any signs of having been a base for the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel. A Rimbel-class survey ship has been diverted to the system to aid in the search. All traffic is directed to avoid the Quigyuan system or risk being fired upon as a suspected pirate vessel.

American Arm

A Provolution cell on King (DM+2 3312) is suspected in the latest terrorist attack at a government medical research facility in the Australian colony. This brings to five, the number of attacks on the planet in the last year.

08 March

Core

Intelligence reports from units that participated in the neutralization of a staging base in Borneo stated that several of those dead were linked to Provolution. The true extent of the link between the Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel and Provolution is not yet known.

French Arm

Reports of increased Kafer activity are being received from the Arcturus system. Several multi-thousand ton displacement vessels have been monitored arriving in system and then returning to their origin once stutterwarp discharge is complete. The presence of a forward Kafer base in system is heavily suspected.

Chinese Arm

The Foxx Industries vessel, Alaba, a Rimbel-class survey ship has completed an initial survey of the Quigyuan system. Several dock rocks have been found, but all appear to be abandoned. The survey for a Illustrious Father of the Red Sun pirate cartel operations bases continues.

American Arm

All personnel in the Australian colony on King (DM+2 3312) are advised to carry all required identification following the implimentation of stringent security checks by the Australian military. The increased security measures come in the wake of the fifth terrorist attack in the colony in the last year.

15 March

Core

All personnel assigned to Protective Services Units are advised to be on the look out for the following person (see attached data file). Captain Billy Riggs, late of the Canadian Armed Forces, is wanted in connection with a failed assassination attempt against a high ranking executive of Quarry Machine Works. Five members of the PSU attached to the executive were killed during the 30-minute gun battle that followed. Captain Riggs is considered extremely danagerous and is deemed to be a Delta-class target.

Leaves for all IMS personnel are cancelled immediately. All personnel are to contact their command unit immediately for a priority briefing.

Chinese Arm

All units assigned to Aurore (Eta Bootis) are to review tactical hand-out Flora & Fauna F-125 prior to dis-embarking.

Chinese Arm

FLASH. FLASH. Active cartel base found in Quigyuan system. All civilian traffic is advised to not enter the system until further notice. All civilian vessels originating from the Quigyuan system are to be detained by order of the Manchurian 4th fleet for inspection. All IMS units assigned to patrol duties in neighboring systems are to comply under the terms of the SAM-N charter.

American Arm

Several genetic activists with known links to Provolution have been reported in the King (DM+2 3312) system. See attached data files for profiles. All in-system facilities are upgraded to Ready Level II until further notice.

29 March

Core

Reconnaissance indicates that the member countries of INAP are conducting maneuvers in the region of Central America. All units in the vicinity are to use caution.

French Arm

Strategic analysis indicates that several Kafer warships are operating as merchant raiders in the French Arm beyond Hochbaden. Efforts are to be made to confirm or disprove the presence of supply bases. Data file attached.

Chinese Arm

The Quigyuan system is now open to civilian traffic.

American Arm

All USMC personnel leaves on Ellis have been cancelled and numerous ASF ships have been seen departing coreward.

05 April

Core

The Mexican military has issued an edict barring unauthorized air and sea travel in an area of the Gulf of Mexico. Satellite imagery has detected undersea activity in the area.

French Arm

Efforts are to be continued to determine the locations of any Kafer supply bases in the Arm.

Chinese Arm

Manchuria has sent a seven warship fleet up the Latin Finger on a pirate sweep. Consisting of several Tunghu missile frigates and led by a cruiser of an unknown class, the fleet is operating under the SAM-N charter and will be stopping and boarding suspected vessels during the sweep.

American Arm

All personnel are advised of a flu outbreak on Ellis. All innoculations must be up-to-date prior to making planet-fall.

12 April

Core

Financia, AG has reported that its subsiduary branch in Buenos Aires (Argentina/Earth/Sol) has been the target of a recent armed robbery. Outmatched in the attack, the bank security guards were forced to surrender after a short gun battle. Combat continued onto the streets outside the bank as local police forces attempted to apprehend the robbers. The robbers were able to pin down police forces and escaped apparently unharmed. Police and bank security guards reported that the robbers were equipped with combat armor and military weaponry including several lasers and a light machinegun. An undisclosed number of credstiks were reported stolen from the bank.

French Arm

A DSKM Task Force has left the Vogelheim system on a sweep through the DM+34 2323 system and beyond. One or more Kafer merchant raiders are believed to be based out of this sub-arm. All vessels operating in this area are advised to ensure that IFF broadcasters are operational and transmitting.

Chinese Arm

Debris has been found in orbit near the Manchurian outpost in DM-15 6290. Manchurian officals have not yet released their findings but it is suspected to be remains of the Glissen Rose an independent prospecting vessel based out of the system that was reported overdue twoo weeks ago.

American Arm

The freighter Albert's Paradise has been reported hijacked outbound of Broward, heading coreward. Several ASF patrol vessels have been dispatched to Serurier to board the vessel once it enters the system.
